About Water Needs on the Ultimate Earth DietSince the Ultimate Earth Diet consists of foods high in water content, you'll find you don't need a lot of extra water. I know that our bodies are mostly water, and I believe in getting all the water we need. In fact, I believe you should never feel thirst.
Drink as much as you need to. Stay ahead of thirst. But you will find that you don't need much water when your food is full of it. Newborn babies have a very high water content as a percentage of body weight. Then we slowly dehydrate until we die. In fact, many symptoms of aging come from dehydration.
